Usual Industrial Co., Ltd. specializes in the manufacture of mechanical parts for brass handicrafts, sprinklers, bathroom materials, electronic parts, and special screws as well as the mechanical accessories for telecommunication equipment, gas equipment, and bicycles In general, we O.E.M for a number of customers who find some of the products unprofitable to make in the industry. We currently facilitate the production lines with modern CNC lathe machines that cover every possibility of machining from small to large diameter work, resulting in producing high value added. The demand of the next generation is sufficiently satisfied with products created by friendly-designed operation system under high-level working environment secured by various tool units and high-pressure coolant.
To ensure the requested quality, we randomly test and evaluate the products prior to each shipment. We have equipped the facilities including digital calipers, microscopes, gauges, and linear scales for quality control in order to meet customers’ satisfaction. To increase customer satisfaction with our products and services by continuously striving for excellence and utilizing the most advanced skills, knowledge and technology, we adopt FQC (Final Quality Control) and IPQC (In-process Quality Control ) to provide all material certificates and inspective documents.
Outside of our ceaseless efforts to be flexible and dedicated to producing quality products, we are successful based on cost efficiency. The bulk of our business amounts from supplying customers with products (OEM) that are far too expensive to produce in their home countries. In Taiwan, we are able to house the high technology production facilities, and manufacture products with a low labor overhead, and inexpensively ship and receive.
